Our Products

Every product we make answers the same question: how do you keep a finished surface finished, right up to handover?

Available Now MOSFLEX being applied to facade glazing with a roller

MOSFLEX™

Peelable Protective Coating

A water-based, peelable protective coating developed with hybrid polymer technology. Forms a durable, flexible film that shields surfaces against dirt, paint splashes, plaster, mortar, cement, metal dust, welding spatter and light mechanical abrasion — then peels away in one piece.

Why a Coating

Coating vs. Tape & Film

On large architectural surfaces, applying and removing conventional masking is often slower than the work it protects.

How does a peelable coating differ from masking tape and protective film?

Masking tape and protective film are cut, positioned and fixed piece by piece, which leaves seams, overlaps and taped edges that splash can get behind — and each piece has to be lifted separately at the end. A peelable coating such as MOSFLEX™ is applied as a liquid, so it forms one continuous film that follows profiles, corners and details in a single pass, and it is removed in one piece with no adhesive residue left behind.

Comparison of MOSFLEX peelable coating against conventional masking tapes and protective films
MOSFLEX™ peelable coating Masking tape & protective film
Application Brush, roller or airless spray — continuous coverage over large areas Cut, positioned and taped piece by piece
Coverage Uniform and seamless, follows the surface Seams, overlaps and edges to secure
Complex shapes Coats profiles and details in the same pass Difficult around frames, corners and details
Removal Peels away in one piece, no residue Lifted piece by piece; adhesive can remain
After removal Surface preserved, cleaning requirement reduced Often needs cleaning or solvent to finish

Comparison describes the intended working method of each approach. Site conditions vary — always run a trial area first.

Protection

What It Protects Against

Once cured, the film takes the punishment that would otherwise reach the finished surface.

Temporary protection, by design

MOSFLEX™ is formulated for temporary protection during manufacturing, transportation and installation — not as a permanent coating. Plan removal as part of your handover sequence.
