Overview
What is MOSFLEX™?
MOSFLEX™ is a water-based, peelable protective coating that temporarily protects finished surfaces during manufacturing, transportation and installation. It is applied by brush, roller or airless spray, dries into a durable and flexible film, and is peeled off in one piece at handover without leaving residue.
Developed with hybrid polymer technology and manufactured in Türkiye. Supplied in 5 kg and 15 kg buckets. Suitable for 21 surface types across glass, metal, facade and joinery, stone and ceramic, and interior and industrial applications.
Once applied, it forms a durable and flexible protective film that helps shield surfaces against dirt, paint splashes, plaster, mortar, cement, metal dust, welding spatter and light mechanical abrasion.
After the work is completed, MOSFLEX™ can be easily peeled away in one piece, helping reduce cleaning requirements while preserving the quality of the protected surface.
Designed for professional use, MOSFLEX™ provides a fast, uniform and practical alternative to conventional masking tapes and protective films — particularly for large architectural surfaces.

Application Guide
How to Use MOSFLEX™
The working sequence below reflects the product's intended method of use. Detailed parameters will follow in the Technical Data Sheet.
-
Prepare the surface
The surface must be clean, sound and free of loose dust, oil and moisture. Confirm compatibility and adhesion on a small trial area before coating the full surface.
-
Stir the product
Mix the material thoroughly before use so the coating is homogeneous. Do not thin unless instructed by our technical team.
-
Apply an even coat
Apply by brush, roller or airless spray, keeping a wet edge for continuous, uniform coverage. Work in manageable sections on large facade areas.
-
Let the film form
Allow the coating to dry into a continuous, flexible film before exposing the area to site traffic. Protect from rain and freezing while the film is still wet.
-
Carry out the work
The film now takes the dirt, splashes and light abrasion in place of the finished surface underneath.
-
Peel it away
When the work is finished, lift a corner or cut a start edge and peel the film off in one piece. Remove the film as part of the handover sequence rather than leaving it in place indefinitely.
Always trial first
Surfaces, coatings and site conditions vary. Run a test patch on the actual surface and confirm both adhesion and clean removal before full application.

FAQ
Product Questions
The questions specifiers and site teams ask most before a first application.
By brush, roller or airless spray, directly onto a clean surface. It spreads quickly and evenly, which makes it practical for large architectural areas where taping film would take hours.
No. Once cured, MOSFLEX™ peels away in one piece without leaving residue, preserving the quality of the protected surface and reducing cleaning requirements at handover.
MOSFLEX™ is water-based with low odor, developed with a strong commitment to environmental responsibility and occupational safety, and manufactured in accordance with international standards. Consult the Safety Data Sheet for full handling guidance.
It is developed for the 21 surface types listed above. Because coatings, finishes and site conditions vary, always run a trial area on the actual surface to confirm both adhesion and clean removal before full application.
Use the contact form and select "Request a Sample". Tell us which surfaces you need to protect and our team will get back to you, typically within one business day.
