Our technical team can advise on method, coverage and removal timing for your specific surface.
The Product
MOSFLEX™ is a water-based, peelable protective coating developed with hybrid polymer technology. It temporarily protects sensitive surfaces during manufacturing, transportation and installation, then peels away in one piece.
It is a temporary system, not a permanent coating or a sealer.
MOSFLEX™ is developed and manufactured by MOSVITA GROUP, a surface protection manufacturer based in the Ankara Anadolu Organized Industrial Zone, Türkiye. MOSVITA GROUP is the company; MOSFLEX™ is its peelable protective coating brand.
Everything from R&D and formulation through to production, quality control and filling happens in the company's own 4,000 m² facility. More about MOSVITA GROUP.
Tape and film are cut, positioned and fixed piece by piece, leaving seams and edges that splash can get behind. MOSFLEX™ is applied as a liquid, so it forms one continuous film that follows profiles, corners and details in a single pass — and it lifts off as one piece rather than dozens of strips. See the full comparison.
MOSFLEX™ is water-based with low odor, developed with a strong commitment to environmental responsibility and occupational safety, and manufactured in accordance with international standards. Consult the Safety Data Sheet for full handling, storage and disposal guidance.
Application
By brush, roller or airless spray, directly onto a clean, sound and dry surface. Keep a wet edge so coverage stays continuous, and work in manageable sections on large facade areas. Read the application guide.
The surface should be clean, sound and free of loose dust, oil and moisture. Apply once the surface has reached its final finished condition — the film is there to protect a finished face.
Consumption, film thickness and drying times are published in the Technical Data Sheet. These figures are pending release from our technical department — contact us in the meantime and we will give you the values for your application method.
It is used on facades and other exterior architectural surfaces. Protect freshly applied material from rain and freezing until the film has formed. Confirm the application temperature range with our technical team for your conditions.
Removal
No. Once cured, MOSFLEX™ peels away in one piece without leaving residue, preserving the quality of the protected surface and reducing cleaning requirements at handover.
Lift a corner — or cut a start edge — and pull the film away steadily in one piece. No solvents or scraping are needed.
MOSFLEX™ is designed for temporary protection through manufacturing, transportation and installation, and removal should be planned into your handover sequence. The maximum recommended duration is pending confirmation — ask us for the figure that applies to your exposure conditions.
Surfaces
Twenty-one surface types across five groups: glass (float, tempered, laminated, insulated units), metal (aluminium, powder-coated aluminium, stainless steel, painted metal), facade and joinery (curtain wall, window and door frames, composite panels, PVC), stone and ceramic (marble, granite, ceramic and porcelain tiles), and interior and industrial (furniture, decorative panels, interior architectural surfaces, aircraft and composite components). See all applications.
Yes — always. Finishes vary between suppliers even within the same material group. Run a trial area on the actual surface and confirm both adhesion and clean removal before coating the full area.
Send us the details of the surface, its finish and the trades that will follow it. Our technical team will tell you whether MOSFLEX™ is suitable and what to trial. Contact technical support.
